Kterio, an US and Europe-based real estate SaaS company that provides data-driven services for real estate portfolio owners, announced that it raised $10 million in a funding round led by Round Hill Ventures, with participation from Brighton Ventures, to expand Kterio's Real Estate SaaS business in Europe and North America.
Kterio intends to use the new funding to accelerate product development, expand sales and marketing, and establish itself as the dominant player in the built space for data-driven services that reduce costs and report and measure emissions.
Building owners and managers can use Kterio's proprietary Building Digital Operating System (B-DOS) platform to digitally manage commercial and industrial building assets, significantly reducing operating costs and supporting ESG initiatives.
