Kitt, a London, UK-based office design and management company, has successfully raised $8 million in a Seed extension funding round led by Hoxton Ventures. This round coincides with the company's expansion into the New York market.
Additionally, Kitt has announced a new partnership with brokerage firm Raise. The partnership aims to offer a comprehensive managed product offering to commercial real estate owners. The objective is to increase the availability of commercial office inventory in Kitt's marketplace.
Kitt's services encompass various aspects of the office leasing process, providing support to commercial real estate brokers and tenants.
"Commercial landlords are under growing pressure to compete with serviced providers that go beyond leasing space to offer a fully managed experience to occupiers, delivered through technology,” says Steve Coulson, CEO and co-founder of Kitt. “Kitt is leveling the playing field by empowering landlords to access active buyers looking for this hospitality-like service in their spaces."
The company offers an office makeover service, manages facilities, and provides a mobile app called Kitt, a centralized control center for booking meeting rooms and meeting team needs.
