HirePort, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based recruitment platform, announced that it secured €1 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Ten Cate Investeringsmaatschappij, and participation from some of the tech industry's biggest names, including renowned HR tech entrepreneur Perry Oostdam (founder of Recruitee), major Dutch investor Jordy Kool, Chris Zadeh (founder of Ohpen), and HR tech investor Quintin Schevernels (Pop-up Qapital).
The new funding will be used to further expand HirePort's network of the best recruiters and establish partnerships with other HR tools and platforms. The goal is to position HirePort as the go-to channel for external recruitment within the HR ecosystem.
The platform offers 100 best-in-class recruitment supplier access to several hiring domains while eliminating the usual recruitment headaches.
The company's unique candidate-based matching automatically links companies to the recruiter that proposes the right candidate, without having to deal with the usual onboarding, management, and contract negotiation headaches for each supplier.
