Frigade, a San Francisco, CA-based startup offering a product onboarding and adoption solution for React-based web applications raised $3 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Craft Ventures Management LLC and La Famiglia VC GmbH & Co. KG, with participation from Y Combinator LLC, Defy Partners L.P., and Magic Fund LLC.

The funds will be used to grow its library of onboarding experiences for developers and support additional web software development kits for business-to-business software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies.

Frigade's platform simplifies the creation of onboarding flows, activation checklists, and product tours for developers using React. The solution aims to free developers from the need for back-end development assistance and offers out-of-the-box user targeting and state management features to ease the development process.

The platform's customizable React components ensure seamless integration into any brand and application, offering a unique and unified user experience.

With the new funding, The company plans to evolve into a comprehensive customer journey management platform. Frigade aims to provide personalized registration flows, engaging announcements, upsells, and customer retention strategies like feedback loops and regular communication.
