Distyl AI, a San Francisco, CA-based analytics firm that helps large companies use generative artificial intelligence and language models, raised $7 million in a seed funding round led by Coatue and Dell Technologies Capital.
Former GitHub chief executive Knut Friedman, Brad Gerstner, founder and chief executive of Altimeter, and Jim Cash, professor at Harvard Business School, also participated in the funding round.
Distyl AI has entered into a services alliance with OpenAI, a leading research organization in the space.
