Deepgram Raises $130 Million Series C

Deepgram, a San Francisco, CA-based real-time API platform powering the Voice AI economy, has raised $130 million in a Series C round at a $1.3 billion valuation.

The round was led by AVP, with participation from existing investors including Alkeon, In-Q-Tel, Madrona, Tiger, Wing, Y Combinator, BlackRock-managed funds, and new investors such as Alumni Ventures, Princeville Capital, Twilio, ServiceNow Ventures, SAP, and Citi Ventures.

Deepgram Use of Funds 

The funding will accelerate the company’s Voice AI platform, support the launch of Powered by Deepgram, enable the acquisition of OfOne, expand Deepgram’s patent portfolio, and establish a new Voice AI Collaboration Hub in San Francisco.
