Data Gumbo, a Houston, Texas-based leading provider of smart contract solutions, announced that it closed $4 million in Series C equity funding.
Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, a venture subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, and Equinor Technology Ventures, a venture subsidiary of Equinor, Norway's leading energy operator, co-led the round.
This funding round comes on the heels of Data Gumbo's first-ever Smart Contract Marketplace, which houses over forty smart contract templates ready to be deployed for an immediate reduction in transactional friction and has grown to over 180 enterprises participating in Data Gumbo's smart contract network.
Data Gumbo intends to expand its reach with the additional funding, assisting any organization that captures field data today to streamline their back-office processes and realize time and cost savings.
