Celery Raises $6.25 Million in Seed Round

Celery, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based financial operations platform leveraging AI to automate internal financial controls, has raised $6.25 million in seed funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Team8, with participation from Verissimo Ventures, Centre Street Partners, 97212 Ventures, and additional strategic angel investors. 

Team8 is a global venture-creation and venture capital fund that creates and invests in companies across cybersecurity, data and AI, fintech, and digital health. The firm combines venture capital with hands-on company building, working closely with entrepreneurs to launch startups from the ground up. 

Celery Use of Funds 

Celery will use the funds to expand its go-to-market operations, accelerate product development, and launch new audit agents focused on expense review, fraud detection, and fixed asset controls.
