Artificial Societies Raises $5.35M in Seed Round

Artificial Societies, a London, UK-based AI startup that provides a platform for synthetic persona–driven simulations, has raised $5.35 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Point72 Ventures, with participation from angels connected to Google DeepMind, Strava, and Sequoia Scout.  

Point72 Ventures is a global venture capital firm founded in 2016. The firm primarily invests in early-stage startups across fintech, AI/ML, enterprise tech, cybersecurity, healthcare, and defense technology sectors. The company is headquartered in New York, with offices across the U.S..  

Artificial Societies Use of Funds  

The company will use the funding to expand its research talent for its simulation engine and double down on its distribution efforts.
