Albatross Raises $12.25 Million in Funding

Albatross, a Zurich, Switzerland-based AI startup, has raised $12.25 million in funding, bringing its total raised to $16 million. 

Investors 

The round was led by MMC Ventures, with participation from Redalpine, Daphni, strategic angels, and Carrefour via Daphni’s fund. 

MMC Ventures is a prominent London-based, research-led venture capital firm managing approximately $1 billion in assets, primarily focused on high-growth, early-stage European technology companies (Seed and Series A). Since 2000, the firm has built one of Europe’s largest SaaS portfolios, concentrating on transformative sectors such as Enterprise AI, Cloud & Data Infrastructure, and Fintech. 

Albatross Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to support product development, scaling its AI system, and customer acquisition, with a focus on partnerships that provide access to real user data.
