AIR Raises $6.1 Million Seed Round

AIR, a New York-based AI-powered credit intelligence platform for public and private markets, has raised $6.1 million in Seed funding. 

Investors 

The round was co-led by Work-Bench Ventures and Lerer Hippeau, with participation from additional investors. 

Work-Bench is a New York–based early-stage venture capital firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, backing founders at the seed stage in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and developer tools. It provides extensive support for go-to-market (GTM) strategy, helping startups navigate enterprise sales, hiring, and early customer acquisition. 

Lerer Hippeau is an early-stage venture capital firm founded and operated in New York City. The firm invests primarily at the pre-seed and seed stages, focusing on both enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) startups. It aims to help turn early-stage, category-defining ideas into long-term, industry-transforming businesses. 

AIR Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to advance product innovation, expand its team, and build strategic partnerships to modernize credit risk assessment.
