The round was led by Forerunner, with continued backing from Benchmark, Craft Ventures, AlleyCorp, and other leading investors, bringing Agentio’s total capital raised to $56 million.
Forerunner Ventures is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm with approximately $3 billion in assets under management. The firm primarily invests in early-stage companies, from Seed through Series A, that are challenging traditional models and reshaping sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, health & wellness, and the creator economy.

The funding will support global expansion, platform scaling, and hiring top engineers and go-to-market operators to grow the creator advertising ecosystem.
