Abridge Raises $300M Series E at $5.3B Valuation

Abridge, a Pittsburgh, PA-based AI-powered healthcare company, has secured $300 million in Series E funding at a $5.3 billion valuation. 

Investors 

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Khosla Ventures. 

Andreessen Horowitz is a venture capital firm focused on investing in and supporting technology-driven companies. It invests across various stages, from seed funding to later-stage growth rounds, and manages a substantial $43 billion in assets through multiple funds. 

Abridge Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to support its expansion into AI-powered medical coding, in addition to scaling its core medical scribe technology.
